Welcome

Sponsored by USAID, the Partners for Financial Stability (PFS) is a regional financial sector development program funded by the Office of Economic Growth in the Europe and Eurasia Bureau (E&E). This follow-on project is building upon prior work while also addressing the challenges currently facing the financial sector in the partner countries. Twelve countries in SEE and Eurasia are primary beneficiaries: Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo, Macedonia, Montenegro, Serbia, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Moldova, and Ukraine.

Throughout the life of the project, the PFS Project will award small grants to qualified organizations, with the average size of the individual grants of $10,000 for single activity and up to $25,000 for multiple activity . The goal of the PFS Program’s grants program is to have a positive developmental impact on the financial sector in beneficiary countries. The proposed activity/activities should show potential for sustainability beyond PFS Program co-financing/financial support.
